Castings are 100% subjected to dimensional and visual inspection by in-process inspectors. The results of this in-process inspection are entered into computer and be used to make process improvements by our Engineering and Quality personnel.

Before pouring, each charge is sampled for chemical composition by a spectrometer, and each sample will be kept for at least one year for traceability.
After heat treatment, the mechanical properties and microsture will be checked to verify conformance to specification.
